Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after receipt of the final shipment or piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, such as an email or a letter sent by post.

You may also submit your withdrawal through the withdrawal function provided on our website, where available.

If you use the online withdrawal function, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, such as by email, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its submission.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Goods

In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, where the statutory requirements are met, goods that are individually manufactured, modified, engraved, inscribed, or otherwise customized according to specific customer requirements.

Products that are clearly personalized or manufactured according to individual customer specifications are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

The fact that an item is manufactured or assembled after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

For products that do not meet the legal requirements for this exception, the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable.

Statutory Consumer Rights

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

Customers retain their applicable statutory rights and remedies under consumer protection law, regardless of whether a product is personalized.
